- Reports to Operations Manager during Fall and Winter months (Oct-Feb)
- Reports to Admin Manager during Spring and Summer months (March-Sept)
- Under the direction of the Operations Manager, lead teams in production during Christmas program operations and Braided Willow program operations
- Supervise lines and line leads
- Potential overnight shift during Christmas program
- Ensure lines and supervisors have necessary resources
- Track and report production
- With manager and other supervisors, find ways to improve efficiencies
- Inventory management
- Daily results reporting
- Under the direction of the Administration Manager, lead day-to-day operations of the Landscape Supply Center during operating season (March-September)
- Oversee orders and entries
- Plan and execute operational needs regarding salable inventory (transfers, receiving, product maintenance, etc…)
- Customer service
- Inventory management
- Daily results reporting
- Administrative and Operations support as required
- Support IAW Specialist with onboarding and logistics during peak inbound/transfer season (Christmas/Spring)
- Inventory support during peak season (December/July)
- Online order uploads, printing, and communication to carriers
- Shipping coordinator coverage
- Manage SC dispatch daily requirements
- Create Driver paperwork and load sheets
- Create inter-farm transfers
- Communicate effectively with Transport team
- Receiving coordinator coverage
- Complete and submit receiving reports
- Communicate effectively with Purchasing team
- Communicate dock times to carriers and Transport teams
Skillset
- Experience with Excel is a must – intermediate level
- Must be able to lift up to 40lbs
- Able to work evenings and weekends during peak periods; 6 days per week during this time (October 25th through November 25th)
- Experience with SAP would be an asset
- Forklift operator certificate would be an asset
- Spanish speaking would be an asset
- CRP/First-aid trained would be an asset
