We are looking for an enthusiastic Optometric Assistant/ Optician to join our team. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for medical pre-testing, history taking, front desk, glasses selection and sales and assisting our doctors. Responsibilities

- Eyewear Sales
- Pre-testing, dispensing, reception and coordinating with team members
- Repairing and adjusting patients’ eyewear
- Medical testing including OCT scans, auto refraction, visual fields and corneal topography
- Frame and lens selections

The Successful Candidate

- Is passionate about customer experience and is a great communicator in the English language




- Previous optometric/optical experience (please do not apply unless you have experience with optometric pretest OR glasses sales)
- Has a flair for fashion and the latest style trends and is interested in glasses
- Is committed to excelling as a member of a high-performing team
- Is able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Has good computer knowledge, including the Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledge of Visual-eyes is an asset
- Is able to work in Canada immediately
