Overview

Haywood Golf is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Golf Club Builder / Order Prep Associate to join our operations team. This is a hands-on role focused on ensuring every custom-built club meets our quality standards before reaching the customer.

Primary Responsibilities

- Order preparation and packing of custom golf clubs
- Cleaning and finishing clubs prior to shipment
- Quality control checks on completed builds
- Organizing inventory and maintaining a clean work area
- Assisting with basic club builds (training provided)

Role Scope

- Initial focus on order prep, packing, and cleaning
- Responsibilities may expand to include assisting with club builds as skills develop

Ideal Candidate

- Solid attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable with hands-on, repetitive tasks




- Interest in golf or golf equipment (preferred, not required)
- Willingness to learn club-building processes

Schedule & Compensation

- 32-40 hours per week
- Competitive hourly wage (based on experience)
