Drive transformative fundraising initiatives at the OSMH Foundation as the Director for Major Gifts. Your expertise will guide strategic donor relationships and legacy giving efforts. Reporting to the President & CEO, you will oversee all major gifts and capital campaigns. This role involves managing a portfolio of high-value donors while leading a team to maximize fundraising potential. Strong planning, communication, and research skills are essential for success. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and execute major gifts fundraising activities
- Develop donor relationships and campaign strategies
- Lead the production of fundraising communication materials
- Supervise major gifts team members' performance
- Direct budget responsibilities for major gifts program Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent
- 7-10 years of management experience in fundraising
- Experience in a healthcare environment is preferred
- CFRE designation is a significant plus
