Two Boys & A Toolkit is growing our sales team across Vaughan, Woodbridge and Etobicoke.

We’re looking for high-energy people who enjoy talking to people, aren’t afraid of rejection and want their performance to directly affect their income.

If you’re an athlete, competitive salesperson, entrepreneur, fitness professional or simply someone who loves to win, this could be a great fit.

What you’ll do

- Visit residential neighbourhoods and speak with homeowners
- Introduce homeowners to our exterior home services
- Generate and qualify leads
- Sell window cleaning, gutter cleaning and pressure washing services
- Follow up with potential customers
- Track your activity and results
- Work toward individual and team sales targets
- Represent Two Boys & a Toolkit professionally in the community

What we’re looking for :

- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Comfortable approaching and speaking with strangers
- Strong work ethic
- Positive attitude
- Competitive and goal-oriented mindset
- Comfortable working outdoors and walking neighbourhoods
- Reliable transportation to the assigned work area, if required
- Ability to work independently while being part of a team

Sales experience is an asset — but NOT required. We’re willing to train the right person.

The interview process

We’re looking for people who can actually sell — not just people who interview well.

Shortlisted candidates may be invited to a practical sales assessment where you’ll be asked to demonstrate how you’d approach and communicate with a potential customer.
