Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated, energetic, and detail-oriented Outside Sales Representative / Warehouse Helper to join our growing sales and operations team.

This is a unique hybrid position combining outside sales, customer relationship management, route sales, and warehouse support. The successful candidate will spend one week on the road visiting tattoo shops with our company van, building relationships with customers and selling products directly from the van. The following week, they will work in the warehouse, helping prepare inventory transfers, organize products, and get everything ready for the next sales route.

You do not need previous tattoo industry or product knowledge — we provide comprehensive training on our products, sales process, warehouse procedures, and systems. What we are looking for is someone with strong sales energy, excellent attention to detail, a willingness to learn, and a hands-on approach to work.

After successfully completing the probationary period, the position will become eligible for our sales commission program, providing an opportunity to increase your earnings based on sales performance.

Key ResponsibilitiesOutside Sales & Route Sales

- Travel with a company driver in a van on assigned weekly routes.
- Visit tattoo shops and studios to introduce and sell products directly from the company van.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and introduce Maple Tattoo Supply products to potential customers.
- Actively promote products, recommend solutions, and drive sales.
- Follow up with customers regarding products, orders, promotions, and new releases.
- Provide excellent customer service and create a positive experience during every shop visit.
- Present product features, benefits, promotions, and new products to customers.
- Process and track sales activities using our CRM and internal systems.




- Gather customer feedback and communicate market trends and customer needs to the sales team.
- Attend industry events, conventions, and networking opportunities when required.

Warehouse Support During the weeks when you are not assigned to the sales route, you will support our warehouse operations by:
- Preparing inventory transfers for the upcoming sales route.
- Picking, packing, counting, and organizing products accurately.
- Ensuring the correct products and quantities are prepared for each route.
- Checking inventory and reporting discrepancies.
- Maintaining organized product storage and following warehouse procedures.
- Assisting with receiving, stocking, and general warehouse tasks when needed.
- Helping ensure the sales van is properly prepared and stocked before each route.
- Following inventory control and safety procedures.

Work Rotation This position follows a rotating schedule with another sales representative:

Week 1: Outside Sales / Route Sales

Travel with the company driver and visit tattoo shops along an assigned route.

Week 2: Warehouse Support

Work in the warehouse and prepare inventory transfers and products for the next route.

The rotation allows you to develop both sales and operational skills while playing an important role in the success of our mobile sales program.

Requirements

- Previous sales, customer service, or business development experience is an asset.
- Strong sales energy and a proactive, outgoing personality.
- Excellent attention to detail, especially when handling inventory and product quantities.




- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build positive relationships with customers.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on setting.
- Willingness to learn new products, systems, and warehouse processes.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn CRM and inventory systems.
- Ability to lift and move boxes/products as required for warehouse and route preparation.
- Previous inventory or warehouse experience is an asset.
- Experience in the tattoo industry is preferred but not required.
