Cosmetic Physician Partners is seeking a Paid Media Specialist to run day-to-day media buying in-platform across Google Ads and Meta Ads. Based in Montreal, you will report to the Director of Growth Marketing and deploy, optimize, and report on campaigns for 10–15 CPP clinics.

This hands-on role focuses on clean builds, disciplined optimization, and explicit reporting to help clinic partners understand performance. Hybrid work requires in-office presence Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.
