Infinite Auto Care is a Gatineau-based shop specializing in paint protection film, window tinting, ceramic coating, and detailing. Our customers trust us with their vehicles because we do the work right the first time — clean installs, no shortcuts, and finishes that hold up. We're a small, hands-on team, and every installer's work directly shapes our reputation.

About the Role

You'll be the person our customers count on to protect their vehicle's finish — from full front-end and track packages to complete wraps. Success in this role looks like consistently clean, precise installs with minimal rework, a shop floor you keep organized, and customers who come back (and send their friends) because of the quality of your work.

What You'll Do

- Install pre-cut and hand-cut paint protection film on partial and full-vehicle applications
- Prep painted surfaces properly — decontamination, panel removal where needed, and surface inspection before film goes on
- Trim, squeegee, and heat-set film for a clean, bubble- and lift-free finish




- Inspect your own completed work against our quality standard before a vehicle goes back to the customer
- Keep your bay and tools organized and in good working condition
- Walk customers through basic care and cure-time instructions after install
- Pitch in on tinting, ceramic coating, or detailing when the schedule calls for it

What We're Looking For

Required:

- 1–3 years of hands-on experience installing paint protection film
- Comfortable working with plotter-cut kits and hand-cutting film where needed
- Sharp attention to detail — you catch a lifted edge or trapped dust before the customer does
- Ability to stand, bend, and work with your hands for extended periods
- Reliable, on time, and able to manage your own bay independently

Preferred (nice to have):

- Experience with window tinting and/or ceramic coating
- Familiarity with XPEL, SunTek, or similar PPF brands and design software
- Bilingual (French/English)
- A portfolio or photos of past installs you're proud of

Compensation & Benefits $22–$28/hr, based on experience. Full-time, steady schedule, and the chance to grow with a shop that's investing in its installers.
