ANTONINO'S ORIGINAL PIZZA

A first job worth putting on your resume
- You'll learn real skills — customer service, cash handling, food safety, teamwork under pressure, and how to close a store.
- We follow the law. We pay you every entitlement and raise under the Ontario Employment Standards Act, 2000 (ESA), automatically and on time: holiday pay (even when you don't work the holiday), time-and-a-half (when you do), 4% vacation pay, and minimum wage increases. You don't have to ask — it just happens.
- Your schedule works around school. School and grades come first. Tell us your availability and we build your schedule around it. You must be available 3 shifts per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Antonino's is a name people respect. When you say you work at Antonino's, adults not. Local employers, university and college admissions officers, and scholarship committees all know the name — it can get your foot in the door and give you an edge over other candidates.
We've earned our reputation The Antonino's name means something
- In 1959, Antonino Ciaravino opened South Windsor's first pizzeria. Today, several of Windsor's iconic pizza brands — 38 individual pizzerias at last count — can trace their roots to his original recipe.
- His son Joe, owner of Antonino's South Windsor and President of Antonino's Original Pizza Inc., carries on the family legacy — a legacy that goes back 67 years.

Reach beyond Windsor-Essex
- National coverage on CBC, CTV, Global News, And Bell Fibe TV1,
plus a feature in the National Post.
- Featured in the award-winning documentary The Pizza City You've Never Heard Of, airing on CBC, CBC Gem, Roku, Amazon Firestick, Hulu, and Tastemade Travel.
- In March 2027, we make our debut on Amazon Prime in an episode of the recent food-and-travel series Sights, Bites and Frights.
What you'll actually do Customer Service (front counter and phones)
- Smile. You can hear a smile on the phone.
- Take telephone orders accurately, with a polite and positive attitude.
- Welcome customers at our takeout counter with a friendly greeting, provide prompt service, and thank them for their patronage.
- Accurately process multiple forms of payment — cash, debit/credit card, gift card, coupon, and house account.
- Maintain a professional, positive, and helpful attitude with customers and teammates.
Kitchen (behind the line)
- Prep sauce and toppings.
- Prepare side orders — salads, breadsticks, Sicilian cannoli, Nutella pizzas, and more.
- Top pizzas to order according to Antonino’s specifications. Yes — eventually you’ll be making pizzas.
- Keep your station clean and organized.
- Help close down the store on closing shifts.
Note on age: Under Ontario law you must be 15 or older to work in a restaurant kitchen. Front-of-house customer service is 14+, but because this role is combined we hire from age 15 up. How your pay adds up
- Base pay: $17.60/hour,
increasing to $17.95 on October 1, 2026. Ontario student rate of $16.60/hour, increasing to $16.90 on October 1, 2026, applies where ESA conditions are met.
- Public holiday pay. Ontario has nine public holidays. You get paid for all nine you qualify for — even the ones you don’t work. It’s the law.
- Premium pay for working on public holidays — time-and-a-half. It’s the law.
- Vacation pay — an additional 4% on everything you earn. It’s the law.
- Raises based on merit. We reward our people on performance, availability, and attitude.
- Free uniforms.
- Free staff meal at work.
- Staff discount when you’re not at work.
- Quarterly bonus potential based on store and team performance.
Add it up: many student and part-time jobs pay the student minimum wage and stop there. We pay everything you’re legally entitled to and much, much more — real value that other part-time jobs can’t match, plus an employer name on your résumé that pays off for years. The non-negotiables
- You show up. On time. Every shift. If something changes, you communicate.
- You’re coachable. No experience needed — but you have to be willing to learn and take direction.
- You’re honest. Cash, tips, food, hours — we run a clean shop and expect the same from you.
- You get along with people. Customers, teammates, managers. If people like working with you, you’ll do well here.
Ready to work? We’re ready to teach you. This job is hands-on. You’ll be on your feet — moving, taking phone orders, serving customers, making food, and learning fast. If you’re ready to work, we’re ready to teach you.
The rest is up to you.
