- Conduct age-appropriate activities that foster learning
- Consult with mothers on child engagement and development
- Adhere to behavior management policies
- Record client interactions in necessary documentation
- Ensure play areas and toys are safe for children Requirements:
- Level 1 Early Childhood Educator Certificate required
- 2 years of experience working with at-risk youth
- Certifications in First Aid and ongoing training
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
