Duties

- Reach out to potential clients via telemarketing calls, emails, and social media platforms to introduce our products and services
- Qualify leads by understanding client needs and assessing their potential fit for our solutions
- Conduct B2B (business-to-business) sales conversations to build strong relationships and identify new opportunities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns that attract prospective clients
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions using CRM tools such as Salesforce




- Negotiate terms with prospects to close sales or set appointments for further discussions
- Support business development initiatives by researching new markets and industry trends

Qualifications

- Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or technical sales preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence decision-makers
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus
- Familiarity with B2B sales processes and marketing strategies
- Experience using CRM software such as Salesforce for tracking leads and managing customer relationships
- Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to handle objections professionally
- Basic understanding of technology sales or related industries is advantageous but not mandatory
