Join Calvin University as a part-time Men's Lacrosse Assistant Coach. Focus on coaching, recruiting, and team development within a adaptable schedule including evenings. This role will assist in teaching crucial lacrosse skills and support both practice sessions and recruitment initiatives. You will also be involved in team-building activities and NCAA compliance to build a strong athletic program. Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the head coach on skill teaching
- Assist during practice, scrimmages, and team meetings
- Help in recruiting and retaining qualified student-athletes
- Organize and supervise fundraising and clinics
- Participate in game management after the fall season Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree and 1-3 years coaching experience preferred
- Experience as a collegiate student-athlete is a bonus
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Must be First Aid/CPR/AED Certified or willing to obtain certification
