- Job Summary -

We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Baker / Team Member to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing baked goods and food items while maintaining high standards of quality, food safety, cleanliness, and customer service.

This position requires the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, follow established procedures, and work collaboratively with other team members.

Weekend availability is required. Applicants must be available to work Saturday, Sunday and Monday shifts.

- Responsibilities -

Prepare and bake a variety of dor. C muffins, pastries, and other baked goods according to established standards.

- Finish and decorate donuts and other baked products according to product specifications.
- Prepare breakfast and lunch food items as required.
- Ensure proper product quality, presentation, portioning, and freshness.
- Follow all food handling, sanitation, health, and safety procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary baking and kitchen area.
- Properly clean and maintain baking equipment, utensils, work surfaces, and storage areas.
- Monitor product levels and prepare appropriate quantities to meet business needs while minimizing waste.
- Follow proper food rotation, labelling, storage, and FIFO procedures.
- Assist customers and provide friendly and efficient customer service when required.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of orders.
- Complete assigned cleaning duties,



including daily cleaning and scheduled Master Cleaning tasks.
- Follow reasonable duties and responsibilities. assigned by the Manager or Supervisor

Qualification & Skills

- Previous baking, food preparation, restaurant, or food-service experience is an asset.
- Knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and workplace safety practices.
- Ability to follow recipes, procedures, product specifications, and food safety standards.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality and presentation.
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a quick-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to follow assigned schedules and responsibilities.
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Willingness to learn and perform different restaurant positions when required.
- Ability to follow instructions from Managers and Supervisors and complete assigned duties.
