Ducharme Motors is looking fora SeasonedParts Advisorto join our busy Parts Department! The perfect candidate will striveto provide exceptional customer service, ensure efficiency and accuracy in fulfilling customer requests, is knowledgeable in parts and has an eye for detail.

Responsibilities

- Ensures that the same high quality level of service provided to outside customers isalso provided to internal dealership customers.
- Works with the service advisors to ensure a timely turnaround of parts needed forinternal jobs.
- Assist walk-in customers with the selection of parts, suggest companion requirementsand relay specials to ensure customer is aware of the product line.
- Provide price quotes and other related parts information via the telephone.
- Determine availability on out-of-stock items and, if requested by customer, submitemergency order.
- Issue credit for parts returned; ensure invoice number is on hand to verify purchasesand pricing.
- Analyzes departmental operations and storage layout and revises as needed formaximum effectiveness.
- Prepare estimates and order parts and accessories under tight time constraints
- Build and maintain a reputation of being a top-notch advisor within our dealership
- Handles customer complaints immediately and according to the dealership's guidelines
- Follow all company and manufacturer policies, directives and procedures.
- Comply with required health and safety regulations.
- Maintains professional appearance.
- Other duties as assigned by manager.

Qualifications

- Excellent communication skills and an aptitude for customer service and sales are essential
- Previous Automotive or Parts knowledge will be considered an asset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Valid driver's license and acceptabledrivingabstract
- Motivation to succeed and expand knowledge
