Are you the person who knows the difference between a good part and the right part? PBX Truck Service is looking for a Parts Specialist to join our team and become a key link between our technicians, suppliers, and customers.

In this role, you’ll specialize in heavy-duty diesel engine, truck and trailer parts , using your product knowledge and attention to detail to keep our shop moving. From identifying the right component to sourcing, ordering, receiving, and distributing parts to technicians, you’ll help ensure repairs get done efficiently, accurately, and with minimal downtime .

- Identify and source heavy-duty diesel engine parts, truck components, and related equipment.
- Work closely with technicians to determine exactly what parts are required for each repair.
- Research parts, confirm compatibility, compare options, and place orders with suppliers.
- Receive, organize, and distribute parts to technicians and the service department.
- Track orders and follow up with suppliers to keep repairs on schedule.




- Maintain accurate parts inventory and help keep the parts department organized and productive.
- Build strong relationships with suppliers and leverage your industry knowledge to find the best solutions.
- Help troubleshoot parts challenges and find alternatives when availability is limited.
- Provide knowledgeable, responsive service to both internal and external customers.
