WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Welcome patients and families with warmth and professionalism

- Manage scheduling, confirmations, and patient flow

- Answer phones and respond to inquiries in a friendly, timely manner

- Support administrative and front office operations

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- A genuine passion for customer service and working with people — essential

- Robust communication and organizational skills

- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

- Experience in a customer service role is an asset — we will train the right person
