About the Role

Drake International is continuing to expand, and we're looking for experienced end to end permanent placement recruiters to join the team across Canada.

What You'll Do

- Generate a consistent pipeline of new job orders across your vertical/territory
- Own the full 360 cycle: business development, candidate sourcing, interview management, offer negotiation, and closing
- Build direct, proactive relationships with clients, both existing accounts and new business
- Become a trusted advisor to clients and candidates in your space
- Stay close to your market, tracking hiring trends and movement, and turn that insight into new business

What You Bring

- A proven track record of success in permanent placement / executive search recruitment
- Experience running a full 360 recruitment desk, from business development through close
- A history of prospecting, negotiating, and closing business with multi-level contacts
- Sharp customer service and negotiation instincts, with a real sense of urgency
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
