Duties

- Dispense prescription medications accurately while adhering to legal and safety standards

- Provide expert consultation to healthcare professionals and patients regarding medication usage, side effects, and interactions

- Experience or familiarity with pharmaceutical compounding is preferred

- Monitor patient responses to prescribed therapies and adjust treatments as necessary under protocol

- Maintain meticulous records of medication dispensed, patient interactions, and treatment plans





- Collaborate with medical teams to develop and review patient care plans involving pharmaceutical interventions

- Educate patients on proper medication use, storage, and potential adverse effects to promote adherence and safety

Skills

- Proven experience working in community pharmacy is recommended

- Solid knowledge of medical terminology relevant to hospital settings and medication protocols

- Expertise in medication administration techniques ensuring safety and compliance with healthcare standards

- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail in fast-paced environments
