Key Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, patient-centered healthcare and medication advice.
- Accurately prepare, check, and dispense prescriptions.
- Maintain pharmacy inventory and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with the pharmacy team to support home healthcare solutions and clinical services.
Requirements
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a close-knit independent pharmacy team.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic with a commitment to consistent, high-quality patient care.
- A Canadian Pharmacist licence and are in positive standing with the respective College of Pharmacists.
- Your injection certification.
- Proficiency with Pharmacy Software solutions, preferably Kroll.
- Experience with Opioid Agonist Treatment (OAT) and completed mandatory training when required.
- The ability to assess, plan and apply clinical knowledge when required.
- Additional training or certifications (considered an asset).
