Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise pharmacy staff to ensure high standards of patient care and medication management
- Oversee medication dispensing, administration, and inventory control to maintain accuracy and safety
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize medication therapy plans, including pediatrics and acute care cases
- Ensure compliance with policies, medical terminology standards,



and regulatory requirements
- Provide training and mentorship to pharmacy team members on medication protocols and patient care procedures
- Manage medication procurement, storage, and documentation processes efficiently

Skills

- Proven experience in Commu nity pharmacy settings with a focus on acute care environments
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and medication administration protocols
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy in medication dispensing and record keeping

Pay: $60.00-$65.00 per hour
