Pharmacy Manager – Torrent (Redstone) Pharmacy

Torrent (Redstone) Pharmacy is seeking an experienced, motivated, and patient-focused Pharmacy Manager to join our team. We are looking for a strong pharmacy leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care, building a high-performing team, and ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant pharmacy operations.

As Pharmacy Manager, you will play a key leadership role in overseeing the daily operations of the pharmacy while creating a welcoming and professional experience for every patient. The ideal candidate is a confident leader, excellent communicator, and dedicated healthcare professional who can balance clinical responsibilities with effective team and business management.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of Torrent (Redstone) Pharmacy.
- Ensure safe, accurate, and efficient prescription dispensing and medication management.
- Provide professional pharmacy services, medication counseling, and patient education.
- Supervise, mentor, and support pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and support staff.
- Create a positive, collaborative, and accountable team environment.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable pharmacy legislation, regulatory standards, and company policies.
- Maintain appropriate procedures for controlled medications, inventory management, and medication storage.
- Monitor pharmacy workflow and implement improvements to increase efficiency and patient satisfaction.
- Build strong relationships with patients, physicians, healthcare professionals, and the local community.
- Address patient concerns professionally and ensure a consistently high level of customer service.
- Support pharmacy programs, clinical services, vaccinations, medication reviews, and other patient-care initiatives as applicable.
- Participate in staff scheduling, training,



performance management, and recruitment.
- Monitor pharmacy performance and identify opportunities for operational and service improvements.
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold the highest standards of medication safety and skilled practice.

Qualifications
- Licensed and in good standing as a Pharmacist with ACP
- APA Preferred
- Must have a valid CPR, First-Aid and Injection certificate
- Previous pharmacy management or leadership experience is strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of pharmacy practice, medication safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a rapid-paced pharmacy environment.
- A genuine commitment to patient care and community health.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to motivate, coach, and develop a pharmacy team.
