Launched in 1999, Executive Education (Exec Ed) has over two decades of experience working with middle and senior-level management professionals in organizations and developing customized non-credit and credit-based education programs. Long-term partnerships guide programming that enables a deep understanding of clients' needs and the design of custom programs to address those needs.

About The Role The Portfolio Manager is a critical part of the Executive Education team and is responsible for working with an identified portfolio of internal stakeholders and external clients to implement and deliver custom credit programs; to manage operations including program budgets and contracts for instructors, facilitators, mentors, and other contractors as necessary; and, to manage program administration including recruitment, admissions, enrollment, course scheduling and program evaluations. The Manager applies a strong knowledge of University systems, processes for developing new credit program proposals, and general graduate regulations. The role also contributes to the overall strategic direction for the area.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Education, Business, or a related field, and five years of related experience in areas such as project management, program or project development and management; experience in a consulting or project-based environment, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and facilitation skills.
- Excellent analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong project evaluation skills.
- Ability to organize, plan and adapt programs as necessary, including coaching clients in the process.
