As a Press Operator at MC3 Manufacturing, you will be at the forefront of our manufacturing process, responsible for operating and maintaining precision presses. Your expertise will be essential in producing high-quality components that drive our creative systems.

What you'll be doing

● Set up and operate hydraulic presses. Bystronic Presses.

● Monitor press operations to ensure quality and productivity

● Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on presses

● Change and adjust dies and tooling as needed

● Inspect finished products for quality and compliance with specifications

● Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment

● Record production data and maintain accurate records

● Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

What you bring

● Proven experience as a Press Operator

● Familiarity with mechanical and hydraulic presses

● Ability to read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings

● Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

● Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work

● Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes





● Excellent communication skills and a team-player mentality

Position details

● This is an existing vacancy

● This is a full-time, permanent, on-site Press Operator position

● Overtime pay applies after 40 hours per week – 48+ hours is common during busy periods and should be expected

● Wage: $24–$28/hr
