Private Equity Off-Cycle Analyst – Fundraise & Sales Support
Keybridge Capital is a London-based private capital advisory firm focused on private funds capital formation, secondary transaction support, and complex liquidity solutions across private market strategies. We work closely with GPs, LPs, and counterparties across primary fundraising, GP-led and LP-led secondaries, and broader distribution mandates.
We are seeking a full-time Private Equity Off-Cycle Analyst to join the firm with immediate effect. This is a highly commercial role sitting directly within the firm's fundraising and investor coverage effort, combining LP origination, sales execution, account management, and project management across live fundraises.
The successful candidate will spend meaningful time speaking directly with prospective investors, identifying new LP relationships, generating qualified meetings for our GP clients, and helping move investors through the fundraising process from initial outreach through diligence and commitment. We are particularly interested in candidates who combine a foundation in finance or private markets with a strong commercial mindset and confidence in client-facing environments.
Responsibilities
- Originate and develop new LP relationships across institutional investors, family offices, private wealth groups, and other relevant pools of capital
- Conduct direct outbound prospecting through phone, email, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels to generate qualified investor meetings
- Speak with prospective LPs to introduce opportunities, understand allocation requirements, qualify interest, and determine next steps
- Manage investor pipelines across live fundraises, including follow-ups, meetings, diligence, data room access, and potential commitments
- Work closely with GP clients to coordinate introductions, prepare for meetings, communicate investor feedback, and maintain fundraising momentum
- Build targeted investor lists and account plans based on strategy, geography, fund size, ticket size, and LP allocation behaviour
- Maintain disciplined CRM tracking and coordinate fundraising workstreams, roadshows, schedules, and internal deliverables
- Support preparation of fundraising materials and provide market feedback based on investor conversations and allocation trends
Candidate Profile
- Recently graduated from a top university, with exposure to finance, economics, business, law, or a related discipline
- Commercially minded, proactive, and genuinely motivated by fundraising, relationship development, and tangible outcomes
- Confident speaking with new people and able to build credibility quickly with senior investors and fund managers
- Persistent and comfortable opening relationships from a standing start, following up consistently, and working toward a clear outcome
- Highly organised and able to manage numerous investor conversations, client priorities, and follow-ups simultaneously
- Strong judgement and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Intellectually curious with a genuine interest in private equity, private markets, and institutional capital formation
- Comfortable taking ownership in an entrepreneurial workplace with limited hand-holding
- Some prior experience in sales, business development, fundraising, investor relations, private wealth, private banking, or another client-facing role is preferred
- Experience with outbound calls, lead generation, relationship development, or pipeline management is particularly valuable
- Relevant backgrounds may include private funds placement, institutional sales, alternatives distribution, wealth management, private banking, investment banking, private equity, brokerage, or consulting
- Fluency in English is required; additional Asian or European language skills are viewed favourably
- Comfortable using CRM, AI, automation, and other technology tools to improve prospecting and fundraising workflows

The successful candidate will contribute across the full fundraising process, from investor research and origination through direct LP engagement, follow-up, diligence coordination, and ongoing relationship management.
The position requires commercial judgement, confidence in investor-facing situations, persistence, and disciplined execution. It offers direct exposure to fund managers and institutional investors globally, meaningful responsibility across live fundraising mandates, and the opportunity to develop both private markets knowledge and a highly transferable institutional sales skill set.
