Bear Mountain Golf and Tennis Club is now hiring six (6) Part Time Seasonal Pro Shop/Outside Services Associates.

Responsibilities
May include, but are not limited to:
Outside Services
- Providing energetic, exceptional service to all of our guests to ensure they have a remarkable experience
- Welcome and thank each guest upon arrival and departure
- Process customers to complete the online waiver and sign off of golf cart sign out and return inspection forms
- Cleaning and staging of golf power carts.
- Cleaning and storage of member golf equipment.
- Cleaning of guest equipment post round.
- Facilitate the practice facility experience.
- Set up and take down of practice facility.
- Picking and cleaning of range golf balls
- General cleaning and custodial duties as required
Pro Shop
- Proactively assisting customers enhancing the shopping experience
- Processing payment for green fees and purchases
- Mange tee sheet and golfer check-in
- Answering golf related questions regarding golf, equipment and programs
- First tee introduction of course rules and start golfers at correct tee time
- Monitor Visage for golfers’ speed of play and send messages through the Visage system
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sports or retail environment
- Experience in the golf industry considered an asset.
- Ability to effectively multi-task and willingness to work in all aspects of the golf and tennis operations.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Enthusiasm and a positive attitude are a MUST
- Detail oriented, extremely organized and self-motivated.
- Valid drivers license required.
The roles schedule is somewhat flexible but does require weekday and weekday work. Special highlighted perks include complimentary golf & tennis according to company policy
