- Plan, develop, and validate assembly and test instructions using eCATES.
- Define and validate the tooling and test equipment required to assemble and test modules and engines according to P&WC; quality and engineering standards.
- Maintain Engine Center General Instructions (ECGI), which provide assemblers with guidance on standard work procedures.
- Support CVIS programming and programming of the data plate machine (ROFFIN).
- Support the implementation and programming of TMS (Torque Measuring System).
- Participate in PFMEA/PFMEAS activities and RPN (Risk Priority Number) determination.
- Ensure assembly and testing processes meet applicable quality, engineering, and safety standards.
Candidate Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in assembling and testing modules and/or engines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline is preferred.
- Mechanical Engineering Technician experience/education may also be considered.
- Must be fluent in French.
- Experience with assembly process planning is preferred.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening as part of the hiring process.
- Due to project restrictions, candidates must be Canadian Citizens or Permanent Residents.
- Must be willing and able to work onsite in Mirabel, Quebec.
