As part of our track system development team, you’ll be responsible for planning, coordinating, and ensuring the success of recent product development projects.

Specifically, you’ll be responsible for:

- Taking ownership of the technical results, budgets, and timelines for the projects assigned to you
- Oversee the design of new track assemblies
- Define, in collaboration with the client, the project’s objectives, scope, and load cases
- Lead a team of engineers and designers
- Collaborate closely with other departments (purchasing, validation, manufacturing engineering, etc.) to ensure the project’s overall success
