Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced

Trade Finance Product Owner with strong knowledge of

Trade Finance, Trade Services, and Banking products

. The role will own product requirements, roadmap, backlog, and delivery while working closely with business, technology, operations, risk, compliance, and client teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the product vision, roadmap, backlog, and delivery for Trade Finance products.

- Work closely with business stakeholders to define business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria

.

- Drive enhancements across

Letters of Credit, Import/Export Finance, Guarantees, Documentary Collections, and Supply Chain Finance

.

- Partner with Technology and Engineering teams to deliver digital and process transformation initiatives

.

- Prioritize features based on business value, client needs, risk, and regulatory requirements

.

- Lead Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, demos, and stakeholder reviews

.

- Collaborate with

Operations, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Sales, and Product teams.

- Identify opportunities for automation, digitization, process improvement, and enhanced client experience

.





- Support product testing, implementation, rollout, and post-production enhancements.

- Act as the

SME for Trade Finance and provide guidance to technology and delivery teams.

Required Skills

- 8+ years of experience in Trade Finance / Trade Services / Banking.

- Strong understanding of

Trade Finance products and lifecycle

.

- Experience with

Letters of Credit, Guarantees, Import/Export Finance, Documentary Collections, or Supply Chain Finance

.

- Proven experience as a

Product Owner / Business Analyst / Product Manager

.

- Strong experience with

Agile, Scrum, JIRA, user stories, and backlog management

.

- Solid understanding of trade finance workflows, banking systems, and digital transformation

.

- Experience working with

Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Business teams

.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred:

Experience with

Citi/TTS, Core Trade, Trade Services, SWIFT, ISO 20022, UCP 600, URDG 758, or other ICC trade rules
