5+ years of experience as a Product Owner / Business Analyst in Financial Services Technology

- 3+ years of experience in FX and Settlements
- Strong Business Systems Analyst skills
- Experience with Agile/Scrum, Jira & Confluence
- Robust knowledge of Payment Modernization, Real-Time Payments & Correspondent Banking
- Experience with FX Trade Lifecycle, Settlement & Operations
- Knowledge of CLS Settlement, Nostro/Vostro Reconciliation
- Understanding of Spot Rates, Forward Rates, Cross Rates, FX Swaps & Cross-Currency Swaps
- Hands-on knowledge of SWIFT MT103/MT202 and ISO 20022 (pacs,



fxtr)
- Understanding of FX Risk, Counterparty Exposure & Limit Monitoring
- Experience supporting Regulatory & Compliance requirements
- Hands-on experience using AI tools such as GitHub Copilot for requirements documentation and analysis
