The Opportunity

Bloomco has been a trusted partner for Southern Ontario’s automotive industry since 1987. We are a local manufacturer and distributor known for high-performance soaps, degreasers, and detailing supplies.

As we scale, our in-house manufacturing is our most critical engine. We are looking for a Production Associate who is meticulous, hardworking, and ready to take ownership of the blending and filling process. You’ll be part of the team ensuring that every jug of Bloomco soap meets the high standards our customers expect, from the local detail shop to our distributor partners.

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)

· Batch Creation: Accurately measure, weigh, and mix raw materials according to our proprietary formulations.

· Batch Management: Record all batch data meticulously to ensure quality control.

· Filling Operations: Manage the efficient filling and packaging of finished goods across all sizes (1L, 4L, 20L, and 205L containers).

· Brand Integrity: Ensure every container is labeled correctly and packed securely.

· Warehouse Flow: Operate a forklift to stage raw materials and organize finished pallets. Help with shipping/receiving to keep the warehouse moving.

· Shop Pride: Maintain a clean, organized, and protected production floor and warehouse.

· Shipping & Receiving: Complete order fulfillment as they are received, packaging and preparing orders for shipment. Identify any backlog items and communicate with production.

· Additional Support:



Support any additional operational requests as needed.

Who You Are (Qualifications)

· Detail-Oriented

· Physically Capable: This is a high-energy, active role. You are comfortable standing for your entire shift and repetitively lifting/stacking/moving pails, kegs, drums and bags. Frequently lifting 4L & 20L containers up to ~60lbs.

· Reliable & Punctual: Work days from 7am – 4pm Monday to Friday

· Safety Minded: Proper use ofPPE and understanding SDS safe handling

Education: · Secondary School (required)

Experience

· Warehouse: 2 years (required)

· Forklift Certified

· WHMIS + TDG Training an asset (additional training will be provided)

Pay: $24.00-$27.00 per hour
