Required Skills & Experience

- 5+ years of experience in Production Support, Application Support, or Software Development.
- Strong backend development experience with Java.
- Frontend development experience with Angular.
- Knowledge of REST APIs and system integrations.
- Experience supporting applications in AWS environments.
- Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing and supporting multiple applications simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Experience with monitoring and incident management tools.
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Experience working within large enterprise environments.
