Figure3 is currently seeking a Project Designer, Workplace

Purpose The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the Workplace Team on the development and implementation of design solutions for corporate clients.

Key Accountabilities

˃ Contribute to intelligent, innovative, and sustainable design solutions

˃ Contribute to all project phases, ensuring high quality and timely delivery

˃ Curate materials and finishes selections for various types of projects

˃ Co-ordinate activities and build positive relationships with clients, industry partners and suppliers

˃ Build strong design solutions leveraging your SketchUp, Photoshop and InDesign skillsets

˃ Select furniture to support design solutions





˃ Produce construction working drawing packages

˃ Create millwork drawings and details

˃ Contribute to internal Figure3 process improvements and other initiatives

Ideal Qualifications

˃ University or College graduate in Interior Design or other relevant discipline

˃ Ideally, a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience

˃ Strong AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop and InDesign skills essential; Revit skills are beneficial

˃ Demonstrated understanding of design for both large and small workplace projects

˃ Ability to read architectural and engineering drawings

˃ Understanding of millwork construction

˃ Ability to present ideas and concepts successfully to multiple stakeholders

˃ Strong communication, interpersonal and team skills

˃ Detail oriented, strong time-management skills

Pay: $40,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
