Eco-Counter in Montreal is seeking a Customer Renewals Manager to own subscription renewals and software billing for our North America client base. You’ll be the main contact for existing clients as renewals approach, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.

You’ll collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance to resolve billing questions, track renewal health, and look for opportunities to expand or upsell during renewal conversations.
