Responsibilities

- Conduct thorough quality inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products using precision tools such as calipers and measurement devices.
- Perform detailed quality control checks to identify defects or deviations from specifications, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Collect and analyze data related to product quality, process performance, and inspection results to support root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records of inspection results, non-conformances, and quality metrics to facilitate ongoing monitoring and reporting.
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to implement quality assurance protocols and improve production processes.




- Support calibration activities for measurement equipment to ensure accuracy in inspections.

Experience

- Proven experience in manufacturing environments with a focus on quality management or quality control roles.
- Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends or issues promptly.
- Familiarity with QA/QC procedures, inspection techniques, and quality assurance practices.
- Hands-on experience using measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, or gauges.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and the importance of quality inspection within production workflows.
- Excellent attention to detail combined with effective communication skills for documenting findings clearly.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
