As we expand our presence in Quebec, we are looking for an entrepreneurial, client-focused Mortgage Financing Representative to help us grow our business and serve clients across the province.

This is a hands-on role combining mortgage origination, business development and application management. You will receive company-generated opportunities while also developing your own network and referral relationships over time.

What You'll Do

Generate & Grow Your Business

· Build and manage a pipeline of prospective home financing clients.

· Respond quickly and professionally to company-generated marketing leads and inbound inquiries.

· Convert qualified opportunities into active applications and funded clients.

· Prospect for new clients and actively generate additional business through your own network.

· Build relationships with real estate professionals, community organizations, referral partners and other potential sources of business.

· Work toward individual origination, conversion and funded-volume targets.

· Help expand the company's presence and reputation in the Quebec market.

Advise & Support Clients

· Conduct discovery conversations to understand each client's financing goals, financial circumstances and home-buying timeline.

· Educate clients about available halal home financing solutions.

· Explain financing structures, requirements and next steps clearly and transparently.

· Guide clients through the complete financing journey.

· Maintain proactive communication and provide timely updates.

· Build long-term relationships that generate repeat business and referrals.

Manage Applications from Start to Finish

· Collect and organize client financial documentation.

· Review income, employment, down payment, credit, property and other supporting information.

· Identify missing documentation and proactively resolve outstanding items.

· Prepare accurate and complete financing applications.

· Maintain organized client files and accurate CRM records.

· Coordinate with underwriting, fulfillment, operations, compliance and other internal teams.

· Manage conditions and outstanding documentation to help transactions progress efficiently toward closing.

· Remain accountable for the client relationship throughout the financing process.

· Conduct all assigned mortgage financing activities within the scope permitted by applicable Quebec requirements, your role, and company policies.

· Follow applicable regulatory requirements, company policies and compliance procedures.

· Maintain appropriate client documentation and records.

· Protect confidential personal and financial information.

· Conduct business with integrity, professionalism and transparency.

What We're Looking For

· Holds, or is able to obtain before conducting regulated activities, any registration, certification, authorization or other qualification required in Quebec for the activities assigned to this role.

Language

Strong French communication skills are required for serving clients in Quebec. English proficiency is an asset, particularly for working with clients and colleagues across Canada.

Compensation

This is a commission-based role with a guaranteed minimum monthly income, providing income stability while offering meaningful upside as you grow your funded volume and client base.

A key part of our growth strategy is investing in marketing and lead generation. You will not be expected to build your pipeline entirely on your own. The company will actively generate and provide inbound opportunities through its marketing, brand, community and business-development initiatives.
