We are seeking an experienced and technically skilled R&D; Laboratory Supervisor to support the operation and continuous improvement of our Research & Development Laboratory. This role will coordinate laboratory testing activities, support recent product development initiatives, and provide technical expertise across the organization.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate assigned R&D; laboratory activities and testing schedules to support business and project requirements.
- Provide day-to-day guidance, technical direction, and mentorship to R&D; Lab team.
- Support management in developing laboratory capabilities and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support employee training, development, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Act as a technical resource for internal stakeholders and junior team members.
- Monitor and report on laboratory performance metrics and testing activities.
- Support product development initiatives through testing, evaluation, and technical analysis.




- Provide technical support regarding product performance, testing standards, and investigation findings.
- Support root cause investigations related to product, fabrication, quality, and field performance issues.
- Support projects that improve testing capabilities, systems, processes, and technologies.

Experience

- 5+ years of experience within the window, curtain wall, building envelope, or related manufacturing industry.
- Experience with product performance testing and applicable industry standards.
- Prior experience providing technical leadership, mentoring team members, or supervising small technical teams.
- Experience coordinating laboratory testing or product validation activities.
- Experience acting as a technical resource for internal and external stakeholders.

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 annually
