TBCAS is seeking a dedicated Receptionist in Thunder Bay to manage call communications effectively and assist guests, with a strong focus on administrative support. This is a full time, permanent position. As Receptionist, you will collaborate closely with the administration team at TBCAS. Candidates should possess a business diploma or have relevant work experience combined with administrative skills.

Your responsibilities will include answering calls, welcoming guests, and performing various administrative tasks to facilitate smooth operations within the agency. Key Responsibilities:

- Handle incoming calls and assist guests efficiently
- Complete essential administrative tasks, including mail sorting
- Execute data entry and word processing duties




- Organize filing and photocopying tasks
- Cover for other Administrative Assistants when necessary Requirements:
- Business diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong interpersonal and communication capabilities
- Experience in child welfare advantageous
