Pay : $18 hr

PART TIME 20 hrs weekly

Responsibilities

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through various channels including Indeed , Linkedin utilizing research and cold calling techniques to generate leads.
- Conduct interviews with candidates, assessing their skills, experience, and cultural fit while providing a positive candidate experience.
- Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS)



to ensure accurate data entry, status updates, and compliance with hiring processes.
- Negotiate offers with candidates and facilitate the onboarding process in coordination with HR teams.
- Maintain strong relationships with potential candidates through ongoing communication and engagement activities.
- Support employee relations initiatives by assisting in training & development programs related to talent acquisition best practices.

Qualifications

- Strong communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively and build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
- Experience in hiring for sales roles is a plus
- Experience in sales or lead generation techniques including cold calling is a plus.
- Ability to conduct thorough research on potential candidates using platforms like Salesforce or LinkedIn.
- Familiarity with interview techniques and talent acquisition best practices in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail in candidate tracking and documentation.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
