As Regional Operations Consultant, you will be responsible for consulting and auditing franchise restaurants, leading new Browns Socialhouse openings and supporting leadership training. You must be able to teach, uphold and be a role model for all operating standards and systems. Energy, passion, strong communication skills, and the ability to multi-task are critical for this role.

This position reports directly to the VP of Operations and is based out of our Corporate Office in Langley, BC.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

· Lead new restaurant openings.

· Perform restaurant audits and location visits (about a week of travel per month).

· Consulting to support Franchise locations

· Training and Development of existing and new standards/ systems to the franchise community.

· Training for new franchisees and managers.

· Support Director of Operations, Browns Socialhouse with meetings, Business Reviews, seminars, etc.

· Oversee and guide Corporate “Training & Testing” location(s).

· Teaching online workshops.

· Corporate link to franchise community for operational issues and inquiries.

WHAT YOU BRING

· Restaurant General Manager experience required,



preferably in a multi-unit or franchise environment.

· Certified Serving it Right, First Aid and Food Safe Level 1.

· Must have own vehicle or access to a vehicle as up to 70% of this role involves travel around the city.

· Ability to workdays, nights, weekends, and holidays as well as able to travel up to 10 days per month.

· Strong eye for detail and confidence in ability to lead in change management process.

· Solid organizational and communication skills (both verbal and written).

· Ability to work in a fast paced, high-energy environment.

· Maintain a high level of confidentiality.
