About Stouffville Dental Studio

Stouffville Dental Studio is a brand-new family and cosmetic dental practice opening this summer inside the Stouffville Medical Arts building at 211 Sam Miller Way — a modern healthcare hub shared with family physicians, an emergency clinic, a pharmacy, and medical specialists.

We're not taking over an old office. Every part of this studio was purpose-built from an empty shell: five new operatories with floor-to-ceiling exterior windows and natural light in every room, a glass-walled sterilization centre visible from reception, medical-grade digital imaging in every operatory, and a fully paperless workflow from day one.

The role You'll be our founding hygienist — which means your hygiene program is the hygiene program. Appointment lengths that let you actually practise, , and a schedule built around thorough care rather than volume. Every operatory has natural light, new equipment,



and a medical-grade monitor for reviewing radiographs with your patients.

What you'll do

- Provide comprehensive hygiene care: assessment, scaling, root planing, polishing, fluoride
- Take and interpret digital radiographs; co-plan periodontal therapy with the dentist
- Deliver genuinely useful patient education - we've built a whole prevention library on our website and we mean it
- Perform oral cancer screenings as part of every recall exam
- Build our recall and perio-maintenance program from the ground up
- Champion comfort for anxious patients

What we're looking for

- Registered in good standing with the College of Dental Hygienists of Ontario (CDHO)
- Skilled liability insurance and current CPR/BLS
- Self-directed clinical judgment and a gentle, thorough style
- Nice to have: experience with Open Dental or similar, new-grad mentorship welcome — a founding practice is a great place to grow
