Salary: Up to £55,000 + Bonus Scheme and Welcome Bonus

Do you have the experience to lead a children’s residential home while maintaining strong, consistent standards across care, compliance and team performance? This role requires a Registered Manager who understands how to balance leadership, accountability and day‑to‑day operational oversight within a structured environment.

You will be responsible for a children’s home, supporting children and young people. The service is supported by an established management team, providing the structure and guidance needed to maintain and build on current standards.

What You’ll Need

- Proven senior experience within children’s residential care – Registered Manager or Deputy Manager (essential)




- Previous Registered Manager experience is highly desirable
- Level 5 Leadership qualification or willingness to work towards it
- Solid knowledge of Ofsted frameworks and regulatory requirements
- Experience managing budgets and financial performance
- Full UK driving licence

- Oversee the day‑to‑day running of the children’s residential home
- Maintain high standards of care, safeguarding and compliance
- Manage budgets and monitor financial performance
- Ensure the home remains inspection‑ready in line with Ofsted expectations
- Lead, support and develop the staff team
- Oversee care planning and ensure outcomes for young people are met
