Be Well Health Clinic is a multidisciplinary clinic offering Massage Therapy, Acupuncture, Cupping, and TMJ Therapy, with practitioners who collaborate and refer patients across services.

We're a busy, growing clinic adding a Registered Massage Therapist to our team. With consistent demand and a full patient roster, you can build or expand your practice without starting from scratch. Our owner brings a decade of hands-on RMT experience and provides mentorship to every practitioner, whether you're a new grad or a seasoned therapist.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Assess client needs, discuss treatment goals, and develop treatment plans
- Provide massage therapy treatments tailored to those needs
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Educate patients on self-care, posture, and injury prevention, and recommend follow-up treatment or referrals as needed
- Adhere to CMTO standards of practice and clinic policies
- Maintain a clean, sanitized,



and welcoming treatment space
- Stay current on massage techniques and best practices through ongoing professional development

REQUIREMENTS

- Registered and in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO)
- Professional liability insurance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport and listen attentively to client needs
- Working knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and common health conditions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with deep tissue, relaxation, sports massage, TMJ, or lymphatic drainage is an asset (not required)
