Calgary Mind & Wellness Clinic is expanding our multidisciplinary services and is looking for a motivated Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to help us launch and grow our massage therapy service.

We want to be transparent: this is a new service within our clinic, so there is not an established massage therapy caseload waiting to be transferred to the successful candidate.

Instead, we are looking for an RMT who is excited about the opportunity to build a practice with the support of an established multidisciplinary clinic.

The clinic will actively work to promote the new massage therapy service, generate awareness, develop referral opportunities, and help the successful RMT build a sustainable caseload over time.

Compensation That Can Grow With You

Starting Split: 60% Therapist / 40% Clinic

As your caseload grows, there will be an opportunity to progress to:

65% Therapist / 35% Clinic The specific caseload criteria for the increased split will be clearly established in the contractor agreement.

There is no fixed monthly room rental under the percentage-based arrangement, helping reduce your financial risk while your caseload develops.

We Will Work With You to Build Your Caseload

You won't be expected to grow the service completely on your own.

Calgary Mind & Wellness Clinic will seek to support growth through:

- Promotion through the clinic's website and digital presence
- Clinic marketing initiatives
- Introduction of massage therapy to appropriate existing clinic clients
- Development of appropriate internal referral pathways
- Cross-referral opportunities within our multidisciplinary services
- Local awareness and promotional campaigns
- Online booking visibility
- Promotion of the RMT and their areas of specialization
- Opportunities to develop targeted massage therapy programs and services

At the same time, we are looking for an RMT who is willing to actively participate in building their practice, developing professional referral relationships, retaining clients,

A Multidisciplinary Environment Calgary Mind & Wellness Clinic takes an integrated approach to mental health, brain health, physical health and overall wellness.

Our services include psychological and neuropsychological assessment, counselling, neurofeedback/neurotherapy, EXOMIND treatment, and other wellness-focused services.

We believe massage therapy can complement this broader approach to wellness, particularly for individuals experiencing stress, physical tension, pain, recovery needs and other concerns appropriate for massage therapy.

Who Would Be a Great Fit?

This opportunity may be particularly attractive to an RMT who:

- Has completed a recognized 2,200-hour massage therapy program
- Is registered and in good standing with a recognized massage therapy association
- Is eligible to provide insurance receipts/direct billing
- Maintains appropriate qualified liability insurance
- Wants to build and grow a long-term practice
- Is comfortable starting with a developing caseload
- Is motivated and entrepreneurial
- Provides excellent client care
