- Providing domain-specific feedback to refine AI reasoning in healthcare settings.

What We Are Looking For

- Professional, hands-on experience in patient care and monitoring, medication administration, and clinical documentation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to provide transparent, evidence-based feedback.
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage tasks in a remote environment.

Project Details & Compensation

- Format:



100% Remote, independent contractor role.
- Commitment: Flexible scheduling. Typical project commitments range from 15 to 30 hours per week when matched.
- Compensation: Highly competitive hourly rate ranging from $60.00 to $120.00 per hour , depending on the project scope and clinical specialty. Payments are processed weekly via Stripe or Wise.
- Confidentiality: Your work will not involve access to confidential, patient-specific (HIPAA), or proprietary information from any current employer or hospital.

How it Works This is an open application to join our Nursing talent network. Once you submit your profile and resume, we will review your clinical credentials. Approved experts will be invited to a brief AI-guided interview and will be matched to relevant projects on a rolling basis.
