Overview

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will deliver high-quality patient care across various settings, including home care, assisted living, nursing homes, and pediatric environments. Your expertise will help ensure our clients receive compassionate, effective, and effective healthcare services tailored to their individual needs.

Responsibilities

- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in diverse settings, including acute care, long-term care, pediatrics, and senior care environments
- Administer medications accurately and safely, following established protocols and medical terminology standards
- Conduct patient assessments, monitor vital signs, and document medical histories using systems like Epic and Cerner electronic health records
- Assist with pain management strategies and coordinate case management plans to optimize patient outcomes




- Perform phlebotomy procedures and laboratory specimen collection with precision and adherence to safety guidelines
- Support patients with dementia or cognitive impairments by implementing specialized dementia care techniques
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and update individualized care plans

Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Proven experience in hospital settings or acute care environments with a focus on patient care excellence
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems such as Epic or Cerner
- Experience working with pediatric, senior, or dementia patients is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, medication administration, and laboratory procedures
- Current VSS
- Prior home care or assisted living experience is a plus
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients of all ages and backgrounds
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while maintaining a team-oriented approach
