Reporting to the Manager of Surgical Services, your responsibilities will include caring for complex surgical cases and participating in consultative discussions with nurses. Robust communication and collaboration are essential to successful outcomes for patients. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide compassionate nursing care to diverse surgical patients
- Work closely within a multidisciplinary healthcare team




- Oversee Central Venous Line Management
- Identify and act on abnormal patient responses
- Create and follow individualized care plans Requirements:
- Valid Registered Nurse license with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS)
- Recent surgical nursing experience required
- Proven communication and teamwork skills
