Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Practical Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Primary Care. Ability to manage multiple demands and work in a fast paced environment is essential for this role. Responsibilities

- Provide high-quality direct patient care across all ages of life from babies to seniors
- Immunization, allergy shots, injections, TB skin test, ear irrigation, wound care, suture/staple removal, wart treatment etc.
- Perform Cervical Cancer screening test
- Record patient vital signs and symptoms
- Educate patients and their families on disease management
- Maintain accurate medical records using electronic health record systems
- Assist in procedures and treatments as needed

Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Primary Care / FHO clinic
- Proficiency in medical terminology and patient assessment
- Critical thinking,



effective communication skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- A good team player with strong initiative

- Dedication to continue education

License/Certification
- A valid Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) license in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO)(required)
- Current First Aid and CPR certifications
- Recent Police Record Check : Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC)
