MORE for Men is a current men's health and wellness platform built around a simple idea: men should have easier access to high-quality care that addresses the different areas of their health together.

Our team brings together mental health, exercise and longevity, nutrition, hormone health, and metabolic health to provide a more connected approach to care.

We are looking for an experienced Registered Psychologist, Registered Provisional Psychologist, or Registered Social Worker who is passionate about working with men, teens, and boys and is interested in building a strong, consistent caseload with MORE for Men.

This position requires availability for a minimum of 20 client hours per week.

What You'll Do

- Provide virtual counselling to adult men across Alberta and in-person counselling to men, teens, and boys in Cochrane, AB.
- Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
- Support clients with concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, relationships, emotional regulation, life transitions, and other mental health challenges.
- Work collaboratively with other MORE for Men practitioners when appropriate to provide coordinated care.
- Maintain professional documentation and the ethical and clinical standards required by your regulatory body.

What We're Looking For
- Master's degree in Psychology, Counselling Psychology,



Social Work, or a related eligible discipline.
- Current registration as a Registered Psychologist, Registered Provisional Psychologist, or Registered Social Worker in Alberta.
- Experience and genuine interest in working with adult men, teens, and boys.
- Strong clinical skills and a commitment to evidence-based practice.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Professional liability insurance.
- Ability to work independently in both virtual and in-person settings.
- Capacity and commitment to provide a minimum of 20 client hours per week on an ongoing basis.
- A genuine desire to support men and boys, including those who may not seek help until challenges have begun significantly affecting their health, relationships, work, or quality of life.
