Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscaper to join our landscaping team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and improving residential and commercial outdoor spaces, ensuring lawns, gardens, and landscapes are healthy, attractive, and well-maintained. Prior landscaping or groundskeeping experience is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated individuals who are eager to learn and grow within the company.

Responsibilities

- Perform routine lawn and landscape maintenance, including mowing, edging, trimming, weeding, and blowing
- Plant, prune, and maintain trees, shrubs, flowers, and other landscape plants
- Maintain flower beds, gardens, and landscaped areas to company standards
- Use landscaping tools, equipment, and machinery safely and effectively
- Assist with planting, mulching, soil preparation, and seasonal cleanups
- Ensure all assigned properties are maintained efficiently and with attention to detail
- Follow proper safety procedures when operating equipment and handling materials
- Identify and report damaged plants, irrigation issues, property concerns, or safety hazards
- Maintain clean and organized work areas, tools, and equipment




- Communicate professionally with clients and team members regarding landscaping needs and scheduled services

Experience
- Prior landscaping, groundskeeping, lawn care, or outdoor maintenance experience is preferred
- Knowledge of basic landscaping techniques, plants, and lawn care is advantageous
- Ability to safely operate landscaping tools and equipment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards
- Robust attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work scheduled shifts
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Physically capable of lifting, carrying, bending, kneeling, and performing other landscaping tasks as required
