Job Summary

Rockport Commercial is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to help maintain our residential and commercial properties in Winnipeg. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our buildings are clean, welcoming, and well-presented for residents, tenants, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

- Clean and sanitize common areas, including lobbies, hallways, elevators, and public washrooms.

- Maintain the cleanliness of commercial office spaces, meeting rooms, and other high-traffic facility areas.

- Complete routine cleaning duties such as vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and emptying waste and recycling bins.

- Assist with deep cleaning projects, including carpet cleaning and other detailed cleaning tasks.

- Clean and maintain specialized amenity spaces, including fitness centres and dog wash stations.

- Thoroughly clean vacant residential suites to prepare them for move-ins, move-outs, and inspections.





- Work collaboratively with team members to support a safe, clean, and professional property environment.

- Monitor, organize, and restock cleaning supplies and equipment as needed.

- Perform other related duties as assigned to support daily operations.

Qualifications and Skills

- Previous experience cleaning residential and/or commercial properties is considered an asset.

- Ability to perform physically active work, including lifting, bending, standing, and walking for extended periods.

- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks across multiple property sites.

- Reliable, skilled, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

- Good communication skills and a commitment to providing excellent service.

- Knowledge of safe handling practices for commercial cleaning products and equipment is an asset.

Transportation Requirements

- A valid Class 5 driver’s licence is strongly preferred.
